I didn't have the time to exchange my victory tokens yesterday and now that the event is finished the NPC's where u can exchange them are gone to.

Can i still exchange these somewhere? If yes, where?

The onyl way youll be able to exchange them is when the next event comes around that brings the victory token rewards guys around again. other than that, they are just gonna take up space in your inventory or storage until then.
